A substantial part of our work involves helping organisations to plan and achieve their objectives including setting up the programme with appropriate stakeholders and programme management.

We support the following process of change


  • The Brief including how the client perceives the problem. 

  • Assessment (or diagnostic phase) is used to understand the change requirements and to scope the boundaries of the potential change project, with all its stakeholders,

  • Generate possible change options including evaluation of possible options for change against the overall business change goals and key performance indicators 

  • Develop option including initial change plan and Implementation strategy.
